This is Chippewa County's County Attorney top page. The County Attorney represents the County in all legal matters. It is a common misperception that the County Attorney provides free legal advice to residents of the County. The County Attorney does advise the County Board of Commissioners, the Auditor/Treasurer, and other County department heads regarding legal questions that arise.
