Donald L. Maland
A native of Blue Earth, Minnesota, Donald L. Maland has been practicing law for 51 years. Don received his B.A. cum laude from St. Olaf College in 1952 and his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1955. He was admitted to the bar in Minnesota in 1957 after serving in the United States Army.
Don joined Prindle, Maland, Sellner in 1959, where he served as the Assistant County Attorney for Chippewa County. He practices in the areas of Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, Wills/Trusts, Probate, and Business and Employment Law. Don has served as a Special Municipal Judge for the City of Montevideo and on the Montevideo City Council. He is a member of the Chippewa County, Minnesota State, and American Bar Associations, and is also active in the Chippewa County Historical Society and the Montevideo Lions Club.
Don resides in Montevideo with his wife Betty. Away from the office, he enjoys outdoor activities such as boating, swimming, and walking.
